How much is shipping?
Free ground shipping on all orders over $50.00. All orders
will be shipped by UPS or USPS ground unless priority shipping is requested and paid for. Standard ground shipping is a flat
rate of $5.95 for orders under $50.00. Ground shipping is free for all orders over $50.00. Priority shipping is $20.00
for orders totaling up to $50.00. Orders from $50 to $100 is $30.00. Over $100 is $40.
Do you ship internationally?
We
ship orders within the continental United States and Canada. We do not ship internationally.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO?
No
APO or P.O. Box addresses will be accepted for shipment.
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will leave our warehouses in
New York or California within 48 hours (second business day). UPS and USPS will deliver within 7-14 business days for standard shipping,
depending on your location from the warehouse. Rush shipping will arrive in 3-5 business days.
How can I pay for my order?
We
accept PayPal payments where you can use Master Card, Visa, Discover Card, American Express or your personal check. If you don't have
a PayPal account you will be able to sign up for a free account when you check out. At checkout you will be taken to the PayPal site
for check out. If you don't have a PayPal account you will be able to open a free account then.
How safe is your credit card

Our checkout process is through PayPal at PayPal.com which is 100% SSL encrypted for your extra security. We keep no
financial or personal information about you on our computers.
How will I identify you on my credit card statement?
Your

Do you charge Sales Tax?
Yes, if you are a resident of Iowa, state sales
tax will be added to your total bill as required by Law. If you are required to pay tax to your state for out of state purchases,

What if my package was damaged?
